    About theClient:

    One of the top interiorfit-out design companies in the UAE

    JobDescription:

    • Preparepre-bid coordination and ensure company information is up to dateto ensure compliance with client requirements, includingpre-qualification questionnaires, portal registrations, expressionsof interest, non-disclosure agreements.
    • Performadministrative duties, including uploading and maintaining CRMdata, producing appropriate reports, ensuring accurate pipelineforecasts, and arranging internal bidmeetings.
    • Assist with project kick off meetingsand prepare submissions to ensure criteria are met, whilst workingalongside graphic designer and submissionslead.
    • Assist with summarizing the evaluationcriteria required to guide the bid team during proposaldevelopment, in line with tenderrequirements.
    • Liaise with clients/consultantson RFIs for tenders and coordinate with commercial, design,project, procurement, and finance departments for key inputs intoRFP response.

    Qualifications:

    • Musthave a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or otherrelevant areas.
    • At least 3 years of priorbidding/tender experience in the Interior/Fit-out industry inMiddle East
    • Previous experience in overseeinghigh value projects of 20 million and above ispreferred
    • Working knowledge of CRM systems(e.g. MS Dynamics) and MS Office suite – MS Project,PowerPoint, Excel, Word
