    Job Title:Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst CardsDomain

    Overview

    Weare actively seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager /Business Analyst with expertise in the Cards domain (Debit CreditPrepaid) to spearhead digital transformation initiatives within abanking environment. This role demands a deep understanding ofcardrelated processes focusing on technical intricacies andoptimization for digitalization automation and overall enhancementof operational efficiency and customer experience in cardservices.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • TechnicalProject Management and Business Analysis: Lead complex projects inthe Cards domain overseeing the technical aspects of process designand reengineering for digital transformation ensuring alignmentwith strategic goals.
    • Enterprise DesignThinking: Apply enterprise design thinking methodologies toinnovate and enhance technical processes specific toCards.
    • Agile Project Management: Collaborate inan Agile environment employing Scrum methodology for streamlinedtechnical project management and iterativedevelopment.
    • Technical Process Analysis andModeling: Conduct indepth technical analysis of cardrelatedprocesses and create detailed models representing current andfuture states from a technicalstandpoint.
    • Technical Documentation and RiskAssessment: Meticulously document technical processes and conductrisk assessments to identify potential challenges and ensurecompliance with technical standards.
    • TechnicalProcess KPI Design: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) forcardrelated processes emphasizing technical metrics to measureeffectiveness and drive continuousimprovement.
    • Stakeholder Management: Engagewith various stakeholders including technical teams systemarchitects business units and management ensuring alignment andsupport for technical initiatives.
    • TechnicalRegulatory Compliance: Ensure all technical processes within theCards domain comply with regulatory standards and technicalrequirements.

    RequiredCompetencies

    Profound technicalknowledge in Business Process Reengineering within the Cards domain(Debit Credit Prepaid).

    Expertise in EnterpriseDesign Thinking with a focus on technicalaspects.

    Solid understanding of ScrumMethodology in a technicalcontext.

    Required TechnicalSkills

    Strong technical skills inprocess analysis modeling and documentation within the Cardsdomain.

    Competence in technical process riskassessment and KPI design specific to cardrelatedservices.

    Effective technical stakeholdermanagement abilities.

    Comprehensiveunderstanding of current technical trends and regulations in theCardsdomain.

    Experience

    Proven experience in technical business process design and digitaltransformation projects within the banking sector specifically inCards.

    Successful track record of technicalproject implementation in banks inUAE.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors or masters degree in business administration FinanceInformation Technology or a related field.

    Relevant certifications in technical process management Scrum orrelated technical areas areadvantageous.
