    • Oversee the day-to-day operationsof the reservation department, ensuring efficient handling ofbookings, cancellations, andmodifications.
    • Develop and implement strategiesto maximize room occupancy and revenue.

    • Train reservation staffon booking procedures, customer service standards, and reservationsystem usage.
    • Resolve escalated reservationissues and inquiries in a timely and professionalmanner.

    RevenueAnalysis

    • Analyze market trends, competitorpricing, and historical data to forecast demand and set pricingstrategies.
    • Utilize revenue management toolsand systems to optimize room rates and inventoryallocation.
    • Prepare revenue reports andperformance analysis for managementreview.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketingteams to develop promotional strategies andpackages.
    • Identify opportunities for revenueenhancement and cost-savinginitiatives.
    • Cross-functionalCollaboration:
    • Work closely with otherdepartments such as sales, marketing, and finance to align revenuestrategies with overall businessobjectives.
    • Provide insights andrecommendations to support decision-makingprocesses.
    • Participate in revenue meetings andcontribute to discussions on pricing, distribution channels, andmarket positioning.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree inHospitality Management, Business Administration, or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in reservationmanagement and revenue analysis within the hospitalityindustry.
    • Strong analytical skills withproficiency in revenue management software and MSExcel.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask,prioritize tasks, and work effectively underpressure.
    • Attention to detail and a strategicmindset.
    • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems(e.g., Opera) is preferred.
