    Description
    Subject to a contract award, we are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to be based in Abu Dhabi.

    Working on site, but as part of a HR Shared-Services model, the Senior HR Advisor will work closely with the Management team, supporting them in all areas of the employee lifecycle including performance, disciplinary, grievance, recruitment, attendance management and restructuring consistent with employee standards, legislation and guidelines.


    To be considered for this role, you will hold a Bachelor`s degree or equivalent and ideally possess a recognised HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent).

    You will have a strong, current working knowledge of HR best practice and be familiar with local employment legislation. You will have extensive generalist/operational HR experience and have a demonstrable track record in managing change. Candidates with experience working in a Shared-Services model and with experience in new projects/start-ups shall be preferred.

    Given the nature of the business you will need to demonstrate a commercial and pragmatic approach to providing HR solutions and have experience operating within a client-facing environment.

    The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience managing stakeholders, dealing with and having difficult conversations and therefore be confident in communication at all levels.

    Experience working in the Middle East is essential.
