    Description

    Management andControl

    • To deliver monthly closure ofbooks of accounts as per the group accounting policies. Approvaland supervision of monthly provision entries as per businessrequirements.
    • Contribute to the development ofbusiness management through monthly reviews and recommendation ofimprovement initiatives.
    • Review and initiatecost saving measures in the business.
    • Supportbusiness in making commercial decisions by providing financialacumen.
    • Review contracts for large B2Bcustomers and actively participate in pricing the tenders etc forthe business
    • Partner with business informalizing the financing solutions for customers and review of LCand BGs
    • Assist the BUFC with principalarrangements and negotiations includingLCs
    • Support business with collections andinterfering wherever there are reconciliationissues
    • Ensure compliance of laws andregulations like VAT etc
    • Ensure compliance ofIFRS for revenue booking, cost andexpenses.
    • Ensure application of appropriateinternal controls, compliance and financialprocesses
    • Liaise with various AF Groupdepartments like Group Legal, EIT, Group Admin, Group HR,etc.
    • Liase with AF Group companies for IHF(long term and short term)
    • Supervision ofAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Inventory and petty cashactivities.
    • Review insurance policies for thecompany and come up with the optimumpolicies.
