    Description

    What you'lldo:

    • Manage, mentor, andprogress their team, overseeing their work andperformance.
    • Constantly and consistentlyidentify, implement, and socialize the most effective processes,tools, and systems to keep the department current with projectmanagement processes.
    • Collaborate withdepartment heads and leadership to create achievable and measurableproject plans that include regular status reporting and RAIDdocumentation.
    • Oversee execution, workflow, andresourcing of projects.
    • Lead and developcomprehensive resource models and risk mitigation plans incollaboration with discipline leads.
    • Identifyand pursue opportunities to foster cross-training to help build astrong foundation for the team.
    • Serve as aprogram delivery lead for high visibilityprojects.
    • Develop project plans and assumptionsfor new business pursuits
    • Collaborate on SOWcreation (timeline, resource model &assumptions)
    • Manage program revenue andaccountability for actualization of soldrevenue.
    • Make program level decisions based onmargin and revenue data.
    • Project, present andcommit program revenue to leadership
    • Displayconfidence when leading a conversation with a willingness to haveand share a point of view even if it's an unpopularopinion.
    • Actively contribute to the developmentof the company's culture and standards ofquality

    What will be expected of yourteam:

    • Provide agileproject management oversight for multiple projects. Activitiesinclude:
    • Coaching and mentoring teams to followAgile best practices.
    • Facilitating scrumceremonies
    • Preparing capacity and velocitymetrics for teams ahead of sprintplanning
    • Administratingtask boardmanagement
    • Define projectobjectives, scope, estimate, timeline, and level ofeffort.
    • Forecast and communicate resourcingneeds prior to project start and throughout project lifecycle.
    • Actively monitor the projects criticalpath milestones to ensure timely delivery of projectobjectives.
    • Develop project strategies andplans, and identify the methods and tools required for theproject.
    • Monitor budget against plan and workwith client and project team to resolve overages and underages in atimely manner. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functionalteams who will provide technical solutions and to resolveproblems.
    • Manage scope creep by coordinatingand responding to new requests for changes from originalspecifications.
    • Ensure quality throughplanning, execution, quality assurance, and quality controltechniques.
    • Identify, analyze, and mitigaterisks to maximize the results and minimize theconsequences.
    • Facilitate issue management withthe client and project teams and collaborate on response andresolution plans.
    • Work closely with the endusers, business analysts, technologists, and other stakeholders tounderstand and prioritize business goals and informationneeds.
    • Provide solutions, leadership, andmotivation to project team members.
    • Providetransparent internal and external communications through statusreporting.

    What youbring:

    • A minimum of 5+years agency/consultancy experience..6+ yearspreferred.
    • 8-10 years of experience working onenterprise level projects.
    • 5 years runningcross functional programs.
    • A minimum of 10+years client-facing digital project management experience, usingagile methodologies.
    • Possess an in depthunderstanding of project management, workflow, infrastructure,project life cycles and management methodologies andstyles.
    • Ability to see the big picture whilealso focusing on the details.
    • Experience withJira/Confluence
    • Experience coaching andmentoring scrum teams and scrummasters.
    • Bachelor's degreepreferred
