    Description
    • Prepare any related correspondenceto assist the Marketing Manager, ensure to maintain an accuratefiling system for follow up, record and tracking purposes in linewith the Audit requirements and as per Department'spolicies and procedures.
    • Issuance of weekly andmonthly reports on footfall and sales analysis, budget and forecastand other reports as requested by themanagement.
    • Prepare Marketing LPOs, PRs andliaise with SMBU Finance function and Marketing Administrators toensure accurate tracking and followup.
    • Maintain accurate records for all marketingexpenditures.
    • Co-ordinate with Marketing Teamwith respect to all third-party suppliers and Retailers onday-to-day Marketing activities, including administration of allcorrespondences both verbal and written, ensuring that it is allchecked to meet with the quality and professional standard of thecompany.
    • Organize storage area for theMarketing Department & keep track of allinventories.
    • Follow up with all agencies (adagencies, social media agencies, PR agencies etc.) on keydeliverables, end of month reports and financialsettlements.
    • Provide all necessary data /reports on a periodic basis pertaining to marketing activities tothe Manager Marketing for review, resolutions of issues and promptdecision making.
    • Support with suppliersbriefing for events, activations & ongoingrequests.
    • Support in the preparation of thecampaigns pre & post events in timely manner with theassistance of the asset leads associatemanager
    • Support with the execution MarketingEvent, activations and Government's activities in themall.
