    PositionSummary:We areseeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as aRecruitment Coordinator. As a key member of the RecruitmentOperations Team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smoothexecution of the recruitment process and providing an exceptionalexperience for ourcandidates.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Responsiblefor daytoday recruiting activities including sourcing candidatesconducting and coordinating interviews and handling allcommunications withcandidates.
    • Createrequisitions within the applicant tracking system promptly andaccurately.
    • Orderand track the results of preemployment screening includingbackgrounds drug screens andlicensing.
    • Establishand maintain positive relationships with new hires providingsupport and guidance throughout their onboardingprocess.
    • Assistcandidates with the recruitment process and address inquiriespromptly.
    • Coordinateinterview schedules and communicate effectively with hiringmanagers.
    • Createand distribute written electronic and verbal communicationsessential to the recruiting process including offer and rejectionletters.
    • Maintainaccurate and organized candidate data in the internaldatabase.
    • Collaborateclosely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to facilitate therecruitmentprocess.

    KeyQualifications/Skills/Attributes:

    • Candidatesare required to be available for work during US Eastern StandardTime (EST) hours. Flexibility is offered to accommodatetransportation needs particularly for qualifiedapplicants.
    • Atleast one year of experience in a recruiting or employment supportrole is preferred; office experience may be substituted foreducation andexperience.
    • Familiaritywith applicant tracking systems and job board postings ispreferred.
    • Expertability to provide outstanding customer service and build andmaintain credibility and interpersonal relationships with variousstakeholders.
    • Proficientin word processing spreadsheet presentation and email software(Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint OutlookInternet).
    • Abilityto handle confidential sensitive and critical issues with acommitment to ethics honesty integrity andcredibility.
    • Solidorganizational and planning skills with the ability to multitaskand pay attention to detail without compromisingquality.
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability tocooperate effectively withothers.
    • Resultsorientedwith a proactive attitude taking initiative acceptingaccountability and thriving in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Recruitmentexperience in the US Market is aplus.
