    What you'll be doing

    The job holder of this position is a detail-oriented individual who is responsible for assisting the credit control team with overlooking the Accounts Receivables and implementation of the credit control policy. He/She will assist in ad-hoc projects aimed at automating and improving the credit control process.

    • Receivables Management
    • Customer's payment terms Maintenance and update.
    • Conducting monthly Credit meetings with all related stakeholders.
    • Implement company policy in terms of credit facilities such as credit amount and credit period.
    • Reporting and analysis.
    • Monitoring blocked orders and follow the credit policy approval matrix to release any order.
    • Communicate payment delays to sales department to hold deliveries and services.

    What you'll need to succeed

    • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or Finance.
    • Proficiency in all aspects of receivables management.
    • Expert level in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
