    The MarketingCoordinator role is that of an assistant project manager and isresponsible for supporting the

    MarketingDepartment to ensure communications, projects and initiatives arecompleted on time and under

    budget. Thisposition collaborates with team members to support the brandawareness and requires a

    self-motivatedindividual who excels at organization, project administration,relationship building in a

    team-orientedenvironment in coordination withleadership.

    What you will be doing

    • Work closely with department membersto support marketing needs, goals andoutcomes
    • Execute tasks to meet projectdeadlines.
    • Collaborate with other team memberson identifying, planning, and managing key deliverables,

    activities, budgets and deadlinesfor individual events.

    • Work with the graphic design team tohelp deliver content that meets clientspecifications.
    • Prepare letters and emails toclients in response to questions or to provide clarification onan

    ongoingproject.

    • Work with themarketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to thecompletion of

    projectsand tasks.

    • Oversee andtrack sponsorship documents andreporting.
    • Track and update spreadsheets forSocial Media / PR Quarterly reviews.
    • Track,update spreadsheets and provide feedback on social media posts forevents.
    • Partner and support sales and marketingdepartments on project follow through and

    communications.

    Skillsyou should have

    • Bachelor's Degree inBusiness, Communications, Marketing, or other related field, orthree to five

    yearsrelated experience or any combination of education and experience(Required).

    • Must have 2-3years of experience in project or account management(Required).
    • Ability to understand, apply anduse laptop computers and software applicationsincluding
