    RoleSummary:

    Responsiblefor budget planning, and supports the management team by offeringinsights and financial advice that will allow them to make the bestbusiness decisions for the Being accountable for the developmentand performance of entire finance/accounts activities, you will beresponsible to arrange, manage and control finances requirement,cash flow management, budgeting & forecasting, Payrollreview and approval, cost & variance analysis, conductauditing & present audit reports to the Management, banksand stakeholders, review customers and suppliers aging, approvecheques disbursement and online Including but not limited tomonthly P&L, business performance metrics budgeted vsactual, ROI Analysis, working capital management, projects costing,policy development, payment s approval, budgeting, group auditing,software updating, payments approvals, payroll review and periodicMIS report

    JobResponsibilities:

    Preparing, collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial
    Predicting future financial
    Preparing periodic financial statements, Annual Budgets and relatedreports/financial
    informationfor management Reporting to management and stakeholders, providingadvice on how the company and future business decisions might beimpacted and suggest corrective measures to overcome
    Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables,account receivables,expenses
    and developing long-term business plans based on thesereports
    Analysis of actual & forecast numbers to support managementdecision making processfor

    Qualificationand jobrequirements:

    Graduate/Post Graduate Commerce professional with MBA specializedin
    Professional qualification in Accounting or Costing of any reputedinternational accounting professional bodies like CA, ACCA, ICA,ICMA, ICWA, CPA will be
    Computer literate with expert skill in MS Office and Proficientuser of ERPSystems
    10+ Years post qualification experience especially in Finance andAdministration, Costing, Planning in Real EstateDevelopment/Construction/Investment management
    Must have a proven expertise in PeopleManagement
    Prior experience in a team lead role with interest in developingmanagement
    Self-starter, able to lead, work & plan with minimalguidance to drive projects to
    Organized with the ability to multi-task & problem solve ina fast-pacedenvironment
    Established, excellent business communication and documentpresentation skills forinteraction
