    Odoo Technical Support Specialist - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Black & Grey HR

    Black &Grey HR is recruiting for a leading company in the events industrywho are looking to find a highly skilled Odoo TechnicalSupport Specialist to assist in the successfulimplementation of Odoo ERP system.

    This is a contract role wherethe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in training stafffacilitating system migration and ensuring the effectiveutilization of Odoo within theorganization.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with key stakeholders to understandcurrent business processes and identify areas for improvementthrough Odoo implementation.
    Configure Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of our companypotentially includingcustomization.
    Develop acomprehensive data migration plan and ensure accurate and securetransfer of existing data to the newsystem.
    Design and delivertraining programs for staff at all levels ensuring they arecomfortable and proficient in usingOdoo.
    Provide ongoing technicalsupport to users troubleshoot any issues and identify opportunitiesfor further optimization.
    Maintain uptodate knowledge of Odoo functionalities and bestpractices.
    Document the entireimplementation process for future reference and trainingpurposes.

    Requirements

    Proven experience in Odoo implementation in a corporateenvironment.
    Strongunderstanding of Odoo architecture modules and features and theirrole in business processoptimization.
    Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
    Experience with datamigration techniques.
    Effectivecommunication training and presentationskills.
    Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
    Strong commitment todeadlines and a high level ofaccuracy.
    Odoo certification(e.g. Odoo Developer Odoo Functional Consultant) is aplus.

    • Expertise in video editing software such as AdobePremiere or Final Cut Pro, with additional skills in After Effectsand Lightroom.

    • Wellversedin the dynamics of social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok,Facebook, and Instagram, and how to tailor content for each.
