    About TheJob

    Support Investment& Corporate Solutions Manager in the due diligence phase ofpotential mergers and acquisitions, in line with the corporateM&A strategy, to provide management with correct andinsightful information and thus support decision making on mergersand acquisitions.

    KeyAccountabilities

    InformationSourcing & Analysis

    • Source and analyse relevantinformation on target companies, under supervision of thedepartment manager and in line with the corporate M&Astrategy and guidelines, in order to have complete and correctinformation on potential M&A targets to start theanalysis.
    • Coordinate meetings between ADNOC andpotential target company in order to exchange relevantinformation.
    • Gather information about keyindicators of M&A potential within target companies , competitors, market share, financial statements,organisational structure,etc.
    • Analyse sourceddata, in line with M&A process guidelines, to extractcorrect information and thus support the management'sdecision-making process.
    • Perform variouscomplex analyses
    • Attend meetings with relevantrepresentatives of target company to address issues at hand orclarify information

    Reporting andDocumentation

    • Support thepreparation of reports for ADNOC Distribution management, under thesupervision of the department manager, ensuring that reportscontain all relevant and correct information for the respectivetarget audience.
    • Prepare relevant materials formeetings and presentations, in line with the agreed-upon content toensure that the information shared is relevant, correct and timelyavailable.
    • Support the organisation of meetingsand presentations, by coordinating the schedules with external andinternal participants along with logistics, to ensure a smoothorganisation

    ProjectManagement

    • Support inmanaging M&A projects, under supervision of departmentmanager and in line with agreed project process, in order to ensurethe realization of M&A projects on time, within budget andaccording to agreed objectives.
    • Organisemeetings with all relevant stakeholders
    • Ensurethat deadlines are being met by all stakeholdersinvolved
    • Coordinate with external consultantsto make sure the consultants deliver correctly and ontime
    • Prepare reports on project status tomanagement

    MinimumRequirements

    • Bachelor's Degree inEconomics, Engineering, Law or equivalent, Master's Degreean advantage
    • At least 4 years of relevantexperience in investment and corporatesolutions
    • Strong analytical and numericalskills
