    TalentManagement


    • Support the StoreDirector with monthly coaching/counseling sessions with associatesto review performance and provide timelyfeedback;
    • Assist with the performance check-inprocess for all store employees and set annual employeegoals;
    • Partner with the Store Director toidentify and create action plans for low performers and buildsuccession plans for high talent;
    • Attract,recruit, and retain a high performing team and build a talentpipeline through networking and competitiveshopping;
    • Support a consistent and brandedonboarding experience for all new hires;
    • Manage the allocation of staff resources and schedule toeffectively drive sales and maintain a high standard of customerservice.
    KeyRequirements


    • Minimum of 4-6 yearsof sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, orservice-related industry;
    • Bachelor'sDegree is preferred;
    • High degree of ethics,professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust andinfluence a team;
    • Ability to analyze sellingreports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needsof the business;
    • Must possess anentrepreneurial vision;
    • Proven ability todrive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and delivermeasurable results;
    • Ability to manage multipletasks in a fast-paced environment;
    • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,and Outlook;
    • Commercial awareness and strongbusiness acumen;
    • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills;
    • Excellentorganizational skills;
    • Passion for theFashion Industry;
    • Flexibility to work a retailschedule which includes evenings, weekends, andholidays.
