    Description
    • Supporting to set up the functionand role during Pre-Opening phase.
    • Workingclosely between the Hotel and our Residences to support anyoperational needs as per the jobdescription.
    • To handle the administrationalduties of the Guest Relations Operation and to ensure effectivecommunication to the business on a daily basis, updating with alland any important information that will assist the Hotel Operationand improve the guest stay experience.
    • Be thelife and soul of the lobby/public areas, creating a positiveenvironment and maintaining and engaging, approachable, helpful andfriendly demeanour to colleagues and guestsalike.
    • Acknowledge, greet, welcome, engage& initiate genuine adaptive conversation with guests andvisitors facilitating the smooth operation of the lobby, obtainingfeedback and assisting in creating memorable guestexperiences.
    • Provide the latest information onthe Hotel's outlets, amenities, services and facilitieswhilst actively upselling and making reservations asnecessary.
    • To meet and escort all arriving VIPguests to their rooms, ensuring that their needs are met, theirluggage swiftly sent to their rooms and that they are checked-in ina courteous and efficient manner withoutdelay.
    • Efficiently compose and communicate theVIP memo on a daily basis through effective guest research andprofiling, gathering essential information relative to the guestand recognising value of any particular source /company/group oragent.
    • Reach out to all VIP guests on arrivalprior to their arrival to establish contact and arrange anynecessary requests. Once guests arrive on property, serving as themain point of contact. Once guest has departed, following up withpost departure email and or phone call.
    • Gothrough arrival reports and ensure VIP guests requests are met withcorrect room attributions and that all traces are set upaccordingly with necessarydepartments.
