    Group Manager Business Intelligence andInsights

    JobDescription

    Group Manager BIIis responsible for ensuring the integrity and timeliness ofinternal and external reporting deliverables. This position willact as primary resource for escalation, resolution, andidentification of key issues that impact reporting capabilities.Manage and lead a team responsible for developing and supportingautomated and self service business performancereports.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Gather requirements, fully understandbusiness needs and translate them into design specifications asrequired.
    • Make decisions on the mostappropriate way to deliver a solution, based on the needs of thebusiness
    • Works with key resources to develop astrong understanding of the key business contacts, tools, processesand associated data/metrics
    • Build understandingof assigned clients and assume the role of subject matterexpert
    • Identify the feasibility of developingnew reports using knowledge of all available data sources and datarelationships
    • Communicate effectively withReport stakeholders in relation to report outages and datagovernance issues
    • Drive all phases ofdevelopment projects from requirements gathering through todeployment of the reporting solution.
    • Establishand track timelines for assigned projects. Produce effort /duration / resource estimates for appropriate phases ofprojects.
    • Work with team members and otherfunctions as needed in the role of project facilitator, ensuringall deliverables are achieved.

    RequiredSkills:

    • Degree in related technicaldiscipline or significant work related experience and professionaltraining
    • Must have at least 5 years'experience working on Business Intelligence automation ordevelopment of self-service Business Intelligence &Insights solutions
    • Preferable to haveexperience of working in a contact center environment for at least2 years.
