    Description

    Purpose : The wholesale coordinator contributes & supports the head of commercial partnerships in leading the performance, profitability, optimization & development of Piaget distribution network (external boutiques & POS) across Middle East, Africa &Turkey.

    He/She will contribute to the achievement of the business targets by ensuring outstanding client experience and operational excellence, and will be an Ambassador for the brand and establish a strong & long-term partnership & relationship with the different partners & local teams, while providing a continuous support & highest level of service to the accounts under his / her management.

    KEY REPONSIBILITY 1: NETWORK PERFORMANCE

    Collect & analyze all retail KPI for all EB & POS in the network:

  • Coordinate KPI retail metrics with the boutiques managers of External boutiques
  • Fill in & report to HQ the local datas
  • Review, assess, analyze and recommend corrective actions if needed.
  • Lead & handle the monthly adhoc business request

    • Collect & analyze sales benchmark for key markets (KWT / QTR/ BHR)

  • Use the internal sales tools (BI + Booster) to extract & analyses sales data
  • Coordinate with other brands
  • Make regular benchmark with competition to control our market share in wholesale & per door

    • Support management with Monthly / Adhoc analysis :

  • Support in analyzing Product performance (novelties listing, business review,...)
  • Help to preparation Top management market visit (one pager, business analysis)
  • Monthly business analysis using the tools available (extraction BI / Booster)
  • Define & implement a table to track performance SA sales extraction.

    • KEY RESPONSIBILITY 2: BUSINESS COORDINATION

    Answer & lead Partners ad-hoc request:

  • Special order / product avaibility request / pricing request / etc...
  • Coordination with logistics

    • Support management in preparing the monthly replenishment process:

  • Coordinate with Supply
  • Check novelties listing

    • Meeting preparation:

  • Business review preparation support
  • Follow-up call with partners prep support
  • Inspire call
  • Monthly Business Review

    • Support the management in defining the annual commercial plan :

  • Help & support in preparing & filling

    • Support in the daily business operations of wholesale activities:

  • Commercial Incentive coordination
  • Roll out & coordination of commercial animation
  • Retail tools / activation

    • KEY RESPONSIBILITY 3: Commercial & Marketing activations

    Preparation & coordination commercial events

  • Watches & Wonders : Preparation & coordination support Presentation support Coordination with partners
  • Commercial fairs

    • Preparation & coordination of marketing activities & in boutique activations

  • Off-site Events (diner, gathering, etc...) Prepare the marketing assets with the support of marketing teams (lookbook, visuals, etc) Prepare & support in the training strategy (deck, one pager, etc.) Activation of the different media tools related to the off site activations (social media, newsletter, etc.)
  • In-Boutique Activation : Execute & coordinate the In-boutique activation, as per the commercial plan guidelines & brand priorities Share all relevant information with boutiques & POS to ensure outstanding client experience & excellence in execution. Monitor and analyze the outcomes of each activation (one pager summary, sales results, )

    • KEY RESPONSIBILITY 4: Account management & network development support

    Support manager in new opening projects (Turkey & India)

  • Prepare the induction & on boarding of all project stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth operations management & delivery of projects on time

    • Monitor & manage some wholesale accounts (Africa & Levant country)

  • Define, Check & amend when needed assortment as per Maison's guidelines.
  • Define & execute a yearly training plan.
  • Coordinate monthly meeting to define action plan contributing to sales development.
