    Description

    We are seeking a highlyorganized and proactive Personal Assistant who is fluent in Frenchand has a solid background working in Dubai. This individual shouldbe wellversed in IT and new technologies with a strongunderstanding of the business environment in the region. Thesuccessful candidate will provide comprehensive support to ourclient a solo entrepreneur managing bothprofessional and personal tasks to ensure smooth operations andefficiency.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • AdministrativeSupport: Handle daytoday administrative tasks suchas scheduling meetings managing calendars making travelarrangements and preparing expensereports.
    • CommunicationManagement: Serve as the primary point of contactbetween the executive and internal/external clients. This includeshandling phone calls emails and correspondence in both French andEnglish.
    • Document Preparation andManagement: Draft edit and format documentsincluding reports presentations and correspondence. Ensure that alldocuments are accurate and professionallypresented.
    • ProjectCoordination: Assist with project management tasksincluding planning tracking progress and coordinating with teammembers to ensure timelycompletion.
    • Technology and ITSupport: Utilize advanced knowledge of IT and newtechnologies to improve office efficiency. Troubleshoot minortechnology issues and provide assistance to the executive in usingvarious software and onlineplatforms.
    • EventPlanning: Organize and coordinate events meetingsand conferences including logistics guest lists venue selection andcatering arrangements.
    • PersonalTasks: Manage a range of personal tasks for theexecutive as required. This may include running errands bookingpersonal appointments or managing householdstaff.

    Qualifications:

    • LanguageSkills: Fluent in French and English. Additionallanguages are aplus.
    • Experience:Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role in Dubai.Familiarity with the local business environment isessential.
    • Education:A bachelors degree is preferred. Relevant certifications inadministration IT or project management will be considered anadvantage.
    • ITProficiency: Strong computer skills and proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and other relevantsoftware. Ability to adapt to new technologiesquickly.
    • InterpersonalSkills: Excellent communication skills both writtenand verbal. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse groupof clients staff and externalcontacts.
    • OrganizationalSkills: Exceptional organizational andtimemanagement skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and managemultiple projectssimultaneously.
    • Discretion:High level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to handlesensitive information withintegrity.

    WorkingConditions:

    • Fulltime position basedin Dubai.
    • Some international travels may berequired.
    • Flexible working hours includingavailability outside of standard office hours asneeded.
