    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    Location: Dubai, UAE

    Salary: commission

    About Us:

    Our client is a newly established holiday homes management company in Dubai, dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality services to their guests. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client's team and play a crucial role in expanding their portfolio of holiday homes.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Landlord Acquisition: Develop and implement a robust strategy to identify and acquire new holiday homes for our portfolio.
    2. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong connections with landlords, property owners, and real estate agents to secure favorable partnerships and agreements.
    3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the holiday homes sector in Dubai.
    4. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with landlords to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
    5. Portfolio Growth: Drive the expansion of our holiday homes portfolio by consistently meeting acquisition targets and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
    6. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties and maintain effective communication channels.
    7. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics to the management team.

    Qualifications:

    1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality or real estate industry.
    2. Strong network and connections with landlords, property owners, and real estate professionals in Dubai.
    3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
    4. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    5. Familiarity with the holiday homes market in Dubai and a good understanding of local real estate regulations.
    6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary: AED 5000 per month
    • Commission: Additional commission based on successful property acquisitions and business growth.
