    As a Marketing& Communications Manager you will be responsible for thedevelopment and successful implementation of highimpact marketingcampaigns in line with the overall strategy driving measurableincremental revenues for Rooms Residences F&B and Spa. Aselfstarter who brings a creative approach and a commercial mindsetalong with a proven experience of building strategic marketingplans.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement an annual integrated marketing planin line with the hotels commercial strategy and within budgetguidelines
    • Manage the rollout of marketingcampaigns and oversee the execution of all promotional activitiesacross all channels ensuring brand adherence and alignment ofcommunications and messaging online and offline
    • Oversee the creative development of promotional materialseDMs website content advertisements and other marketingrelatedprojects
    • Collaborate with agencies thirdpartysuppliers printers and other service providers to help marketingprojects come to fruition
    • Regularly trackanalyse and report weekly monthly and quarterly on campaigns andchannels performance
    • Analyse customer insightsmarket trends and marketing best practices to build successfulstrategies
    • Work closely with the PublicRelations Manager to ensure all channels are fullymaximised
    • Proactively interact with multipleinternal departments to ensure successful delivery of a variety ofbrand and tactical projects that support the hotels businessobjectives
    • Continually seek out and implementnew ideas for increasing the level of engagement and conversionrate

    Requirements

    • At least 5 years of experience in a Marketingenvironment preferably within the Travel & Hospitalityindustry Fashion or Luxury Goods
    • Fluent inEnglish. Arabic preferred
    • Ability to work in ateam and under pressure
    • Great time managementand problemsolving skills
