    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Providebusiness, technical, and product knowledge in support of pre andpost sales activities to ensure customer
    • Addressproduct-related questions and technicalchallenges
    • Educateclients on how existing and new product features and functionalitywork, and how it can contribute to their business
    • Monitoraccounts to ensure the usage of products at optimal performance foreach
    • Evaluatingcustomer needs to suggest upgrades or additional

    Qualifications:
