The company holds exclusive distributorship rights in Oman for many world-class brands including Honda, Panasonic, Toyo, Yanmar, GE, Black & Decker, Raymond Weil, Kolber, Dow, Prominent, Culligan, Alba, BPL, Aftron, Rheem, Hamilton Jet and ADNOC.

We are looking to hire a Finance and Insurance Business Manager in OMASCOResponsibilities are based around the sale of financial products that AFF offers and include:

Manage F&I Process and Sales of a designated Sales Team within the Branch NetworkAchieve Personal and Sales Team targets set by the Divisional F&I ManagerTo aid the sell the maximum number of New and used vehicles possible.

To optimise the sales of value added products.
To optimise the sales of conventional and Islamic Finance products.
Making the best profit possible for the company.
Ensuring customer engagement is and remains paramount.
Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded on to Fastrack.
Ownership of end to end F&I performance and results.
Manage Documentation flow between AFF hub staff and F&IWork as an Equal with The Showroom Super Job Category Accounting & Audit

Job Skills

The successful candidate will have:

آStrong knowledge of F&I process, structure, systems and methodologyStrong understanding of F&I products and services, Including Islamic conventional funding andInsurance features, benefits, advantages and customer eligibility.

Ability to manage sales staff in the referral of customers to the F&I Manager.
Ability to present advise and communicate F&I products and services to retail & SME customersUnderstanding of auto sales processes (dealer level UAE)

Strong interpersonal facilitation and presentation skillsAbility to influence and gain financial commitment at customer levelsStrong Quantitate and analytical skills and PC proficiencyUnderstanding/Knowledge of competitor consumer offers, rates and market strategiesPrevious automotive experience preferredLanguages:
Fluent English - Arabic an Advantage
