- Identify, prospect, and onboard newbrokers to expand our distribution network and marketreach.
- Cultivate strong relationships withexisting brokers to drive retention and increase salesopportunities.
- Provide product training andsupport to brokers to ensure they are equipped to effectively sellour health insurance offerings.
- Collaboratewith internal teams, including product development, marketing, andunderwriting, to address broker needs and drive productenhancements.
- Stay informed about industrytrends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting thehealth insurance market.
- Prepare and deliverpresentations, proposals, and reports to brokers and internalstakeholders as needed.
- Monitor salesperformance metrics and provide regular updates and forecasts tomanagement.
- Resolve broker inquiries, concerns,and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure highlevels of satisfaction.
- Represent the companyat industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote ourbrand and expand ournetwork.
- Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field(preferred).
- Proven track record of success insales, particularly within the health insurance or relatedindustry.
- Strong understanding of healthinsurance products, market dynamics, and regulatoryrequirements.
- Experience working with brokersand managing broker relationships is highlydesirable.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build rapport andinfluence others effectively.
- Demonstratedability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achievebusiness objectives.
- Self-motivated with a highlevel of initiative and the ability to work independently as wellas part of a team.
- Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with attention to detail andaccuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRMsoftware.
- Fluency in French and Englishlanguage.
