We are Looking for a Performance Appraisal Specialist who will be responsible for responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance appraisal processes within the organization. This role involves working closely with HR, managers, and employees to ensure a fair and effective KPI & performance evaluation system that aligns with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive performance appraisal system that aligns with organizational goals, values, and performance expectations.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure the appraisal system is fair, transparent, and reflective of employee contributions.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate managers and employees on the performance appraisal process, criteria, and expectations.
Communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders understand the purpose and value of the performance appraisal system.
Continuously assess and improve the performance appraisal process based on feedback, industry best practices, and changing organizational needs.
Implement technological solutions to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the appraisal process.
Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making, talent management, and succession planning.
Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting fair and constructive performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and constructive approach to performance appraisal, emphasizing employee development and growth.
Collaborate with employees to set meaningful and achievable performance goals.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in performance management and appraisal systems.
