    Description
    • Supporting the development andexecution of the strategies and business plans on focussegments/channel/applications for identified markets incollaboration with the local sales & marketing teams andGPG functions, in line with the overall division strategy toachieve defined distribution channeltargets
    • Responsible for demand creationactivities for smart power and smart buildings scope in governmententities including their subsidiaries, relevant consultants andEPCs within UAE, establishing and maintaining effective customerrelationships to understand customer needs, promoting customerunderstanding of full product/systems/services offering andaligning to provide a solution
    • Ensuring apositive customer experience throughout the sales process,supporting developing and implementing product support and producttraining to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation withproduct management and global team, preparing sales plans usingcompany tools and performing regular status reviews and proposingrecovery plan(s) in cases of potential ordershortfalls
    • Supporting growth of the top line ineach market and creating new business opportunities, creating addedvalue for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcomeof transactions, contracts and proposals by using effectivemarketing techniques, communicating details in accordance with ABBoffering and strategy and conditions
    • Ensuringefficient marketing activities and value proposition to customer,end-user and utility and supports local organization in theexecution of product launches
    • Identifying anddriving the development of new market opportunities in thedesignated market and ensuring know- how sharing andcross-collaboration
    • Managing administrativeprocedures in sales processes and supports collection and projectmanagement activities when needed

    Your background

    • Bachelor's degree inElectrical Engineering.
    • 3 to 5 years of provenrelevant experience
    • Fluency in English languageis mandatory
