    Description
    • Overseeing the entire housekeepingteam, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performanceevaluations. Providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensureefficient operations.
    • Developing andimplementing cleaning schedules, protocols, and standards tomaintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout theproperty. Ensuring compliance with establishedprocedures.
    • Managing inventory levels ofcleaning supplies, linens, and equipment. Ordering supplies asneeded while adhering to budgetaryconstraints.
    • Conducting regular inspections toensure that rooms, public areas, and facilities meet establishedcleanliness and presentation standards. Addressing any deficienciespromptly.
    • Collaborating with other departmentsto ensure a seamless guest experience. Handling guest inquiries,complaints, or requests related to housekeeping services promptlyand professionally.
    • Implementing trainingprograms for housekeeping colleagues to ensure they are equippedwith the necessary skills and knowledge. Providing ongoing coachingto maintain high performancestandards.
    • Upholding safety and sanitationstandards in accordance with regulations and industry bestpractices. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols among thehousekeeping team.
    • Contributing to budgetplanning by providing insights and recommendations related tohousekeeping operations. Monitoring expenses and managing costseffectively.
    • Maintaining accurate records,reports, and documentation related to housekeeping activities,including inventory, cleaning schedules, and colleagueperformance.
    • Identifying areas for improvementwithin the housekeeping department and implementing strategies toenhance efficiency, productivity, and guestsatisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Proven ability to successfully lead,train and motivate colleagues isessential
    • Luxury Hotel Brand experiencepreferred
    • Previous management experience inHousekeeping is a must
    • Previous exposure toFront Office/Rooms Division an asset
    • Expertisein Interior Design and aesthetics in a Luxury Brandenvironment
    • Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and decision-makingskills.
    • Detail-oriented and capable of managingmultiple projects andpriorities.
