    Description

    Overview:

    As aSales Coordinatoryou will be responsible for providing support tothe sales team and ensuring smooth operations of the sales process.You will play a key role in coordinating activities between salesrepresentatives clients and other internal departments to maximizesales effectiveness and customersatisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assistthe sales team in achieving sales targets andobjectives.
    2. Handle incominginquiries and provide timely and accurate information to clientsregarding products pricing andservices.
    3. Prepare and process salesorders ensuring accuracy and completeness ofinformation.
    4. Coordinate with theproduction or procurement team to ensure timely delivery of ordersand resolve any issues related to product availability or deliveryschedules.
    5. Maintain and updatecustomer databases and sales records including contact informationsales activities and orderhistory.
    6. Prepare sales reports andanalyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas forimprovement.
    7. Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of sales strategies and promotionalactivities.
    8. Liaise with clients togather feedback address complaints and ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction.
    9. Provideadministrative support to the sales team including schedulingappointments arranging meetings and preparing sales presentationsor proposals.
    10. Stay updated onindustry trends competitor activities and market conditions toprovide insights and recommendations to the salesteam.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelorsdegree in business administration marketing or a relatedfield.
    2. Proven experience in salescoordination customer service or relatedroles.
    3. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintainpositive relationships with clients andcolleagues.
    4. Strong organizationaland multitasking abilities with attention to detail and the abilityto prioritize taskseffectively.
    5. Proficiency in MSOffice applications particularly Excel Word andPowerPoint.


    -Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or arelated field. -Proven experience in sales coordination, customerservice, or related roles. -Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport andmaintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attentionto detail and the ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
