    Description

    Job Purpose: The Customer Insights Analyst is in charge of setting up the data infrastructure for customer-centric marketing and enhancing the marketing data lifecycle, from data extraction and preparation to analysis. Collaborating with the marketing enablement team, developing and outlining data ingestion processes from various sources to streamline information for marketing teams. The marketing data platform and tools provided will be crucial for the business's success, empowering analysts and decision-makers with the necessary tools for future data utilization.

    • Collect, interpret, and streamline incoming customer and marketing data from multiple sources for various applications. Collaborate closely with customer insights and campaign analysts to optimize data usage and uncover actionable insights supporting decision-making.
    • Drive enhancements in data extraction, aggregation, profiling, testing, and analysis of large volumes of customer data. Utilize technology to automate insights, optimize data delivery, and provide self-service support for analysts.
    • Design, implement, and manage automated data pipelines to ensure stability and accuracy, allowing analysts to utilize customer data effectively in analytical tasks.
    • Identify and integrate new data sources and establish data streams for diverse marketing metrics.
    • Collaborate with enterprise analytics and data science teams to explore and implement new statistical methodologies that enhance insights available to marketing teams.
    • Passionate about data quality, proactively identify incomplete or inaccurate data, and optimize data processes to align with analytical needs and business frameworks.
    • Work with IT and the marketing enablement team to build a scalable middleware/API framework for seamless data integration with third-party marketing technology partners.

    Qualifications & Experience: To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

    • Degree or equivalent in Marketing Communications or E-Commerce.
    • 5 years of experience in Brand/Product Management.
    • Experience in analytical research and customer behavior analysis.
    • Proficiency in customer behavior analysis for marketing purposes.
    • Statistical analysis skills for marketing applications (customer segmentation, targeting, profiling, etc.).
    • Experience with customer segmentation models, including descriptive and predictive models.
    • Data visualization skills and the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing research tools, methods, and applications.
    • Understanding of database architecture, data management, and synthesis across multiple systems.
    • Experience with digital marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, DMPs, marketing platforms, etc.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
    • Experience in developing management-level reports and communicating technical concepts to marketing stakeholders.
