    Position Overview:

    The GroupHR Manager will be responsible for leading the human resourcesfunction across the group of companies ensuring alignment with theoverall business strategy.

    The ideal candidate will have extensiveexperience in multinational corporations (MNCs) diversifiedbusinesses or groups of companies with a proven track record ofimplementing HR best practices to drive organizationalsuccess.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    Strategic HRLeadership:
    Develop and implementHR strategies that align with the groups overallobjectives.
    Drive HR initiativesto enhance organizational effectiveness and employeeengagement.

    Talent Acquisitionand Management:
    Oversee therecruitment and selection process for key positions across thegroup.
    Implement talentmanagement strategies to attract retain and develop toptalent.

    PerformanceManagement:
    Develop and overseethe performance management process including goal settingperformance reviews and feedbackmechanisms.

    Learning andDevelopment:
    Identify trainingneeds and develop programs to enhance the skills and capabilitiesof employees.
    Implement careerdevelopment initiatives to support employee growth andretention.


    • EmployeeRelations: Manage employeerelations issues and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws andregulations.
    Promote a positivework environment and employee morale across thegroup.

    HR Policies andProcedures:
    Develop and implementHR policies and procedures that are in line with best practices andlegal requirements.
    Ensureconsistent application of policies and procedures across thegroup.

    HR Analytics andReporting:
    Utilize HR analyticsto drive datadriven decisionmaking and continuous improvement in HRprocesses.
    Prepare regular HRreports for senior management andstakeholders.

    Qualifications andExperience:
    Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Management or related field; Masters degreepreferred.
    Proven experience asan HR leader in MNCs diversified businesses or groups ofcompanies.
    Strong knowledge of HRbest practices employment laws andregulations.
    Excellent leadershipcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
