    Description
    • Offering technical advice andsolutions on inquiries from customers/channels/sales specialistsabout ABB ELIP products and solutions across UAE, Bahrain, Oman,Pakistan and Kuwait
    • Preparing and deliveringtechnical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staffand customers on complex product issues, sharing best practices andlessons learned, preparing and checking technical articles forpublication
    • Developing and maintaining newsales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems,ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targetsand profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and inthe respective countries
    • Ensuring achievementof targets on orders, demand revenue, demand orders andprofitability, supporting the sales organization/customers indetermining the most technically appropriate and cost-effectivesolutions and in the preparation of demandingoffers
    • Defining cost for the proposed solutionand communicating to the sales organization, providing technicalsupport to the sales team during technical meetings, productpresentations and negotiations with customers and offers product/solution/service-relatedtraining
    • Preparing/supporting the preparationof technical/commercial offers based on customer specificationrequirements and designs, ensuring technical and financial aspectsof offers, including price and trading conditions areappropriate
    • Providing information for the riskreview process in accordance with ABB policy and participating inthe risk review assessment as required, analyzing customer needsand competitor offers by leveraging general market information andinsights provided by the salesorganization
    • Analyzing lost proposals,identifying the potential cause and recommending future actions incooperation with the sales/ business unit to achieve improvedresults, coordinating with local government authorities forapprovals and vendor registration for all ABB ELIPportfolio

    Yourbackground

    • Bachelor's degree– Electrical Engineer
    • 0 to 1 years ofproven relevant experience
    • Knowledge onPortfolio Management
    • Fluency in English andArabic language is mandatory
