    Key Responsibilities -Summary

    Seeking an energetic, highly motivated VirtualAssistant.

    Thisposition has responsibility for assisting the group'scalling management for Israel/US/Mexico-based operations to therest of the world. The position supports the strategic plan and thedevelopment and execution of priority projects with the support ofour in-country colleagues from a cloud-leveragedenvironment.

    Objectives

    The VA-Confirmation Caller is responsible fortalking to potential candidates or leads on the phone (directcalls) to confirm if they received well any information sentthrough email or any other digital means, and validate theirinterest in participating in the selection processes or in ourservices. The duties include tracking candidates orcontacts lists and taking notes or information. Providesolutions, support, administrative, and related services designedto improve operatingefficiency.
    • Work with regularsupervision to plan, prioritize, communicate, and organize agenerally standardworkload.
    • Will beresponsible for managing all functions which support the effectiverunning of a fast-paced business. The position is key to thesuccess and smooth operations of theorganizations.
    • Exhibits pride inwork, personal maturity, and good judgment and enjoys deliveringvalue in a rapidly changing and often demanding work environmentwhere teamwork and a partnership spirit are required and where apremium is placed on both creativity and flawlessexecution
    Accountabilities
    • Utilizebasic time managementskills.
    • Answer online calls,transfer calls and take accurate messages to ensure a promptresponse, that'dinclude:
      • Make confirmationcalls
      • Make calls to gather or give information
    • Communicate in aclear and articulatemanner.
    • Demonstrate a basicunderstanding of the parties and situations under whichconfidential information may bedisclosed.
    • Coordinate schedulingof interviews or sessions with candidates and notify attendees ofsession subject, time, and location (Zoom, Skype, Google Meet) viacompany calendartools.
    • Actively participatein tasks & projects completing assigned tasks withinestablishedtimelines
    • Any other dutiesinherent to the position.
    Education,Experience, Knowledge, andSkills
    • Required
      • Strong PCliteracy with solid skills inMicrosoftOffice, Google Workspace, and Web Browsers,aswell as communication tools such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype,Zoom, and GoogleMeet.
      • Ability to findsolutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope andcomplexity, referring to a group of companies' policies andpractices forguidance.
      • Bilingual in Spanishand English, both written andspoken.
    • Preferred
      • 1+ yearsof relevant experience in contact centers isrequired.
      • Basic knowledge ofFunctional Unit structure and policies as well as thecompany's operations, policies, andprocedures.
      • Human resourcesmanagement knowledge and/or experience- aplus.
