    We are seeking a dynamic and organized SalesCoordinator to join our team in the recruitment industry. The SalesCoordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales team byefficiently handling administrative tasks coordinating salesactivities and ensuring smooth communication with clients. Theideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skillsattention to detail and excellent communicationabilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assistthe sales team in creating contracts emails and preparingquotations for clients.
    • Coordinate withinternal departments to ensure timely delivery of services andproducts to clients.
    • Maintain accurate recordsof sales data client interactions andcontracts.
    • Respond promptly and professionallyto client inquiries and concerns.
    • Scheduleappointments meetings and followups asneeded.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop sales materials and presentations.
    • Stayupdated on industry trends and competitoractivities.
    • Provide administrative support tothe sales team asrequired.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinatoror in a similar role preferably in the recruitmentindustry.
    • Strong proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite and CRM software.
    • Excellentorganizational and multitaskingabilities.
    • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced environment and underpressure.
    • Attention to detail and high level ofaccuracy.
    • Female candidates with validresidency visapreferred.
