    The PeopleSolutions Centre Sr. Rep is the first People Solution point ofcontact for all employees. They provide advice, guidance anddirection on any and all people relatedqueries.

    A Sr. PSC Reps will provide afanatical staff experience that is positive, pro-active andprofessional, they are passionate and committed to consistentprocess improvement. Sr. PSC Reps are valued for their willingnessand ability to solve employee problems.

    Sr.PSC Reps use a best in class data-driven, fact-based approach thatsupports the employee by providing relevant, timely, andcomprehensive answers to queries.

    They willsupport and guide employees and people managers to increase theirconfidence and ability to address their employee related issuesthemselves.

    Responsabilities

    • Assist staff using multiplecommunication through phone, chat, email and helpdesk ticketingsystems.
    • Resolve staff HR inquiries with afocus on first time resolution, not directing employees to otherfunctions but providing a high level of customer service andsupport.
    • Independently utilize training andknowledge management system to address and resolve staff questionsand concerns.
    • Identify policy and training gapsin the business from queries received and recognize opportunitiesfor innovation within the PSC and beyond, focusing on continuousimprovement solutions.
    • Meet monthlyKPI's
    • Focus on first time resolution,not directing employees to other functions but providing a highlevel of customer service and support
    • Know howto quickly search and find data / knowledge from the variousinformation systems as required in pursuit query / concernresolution.
    • Maintaining excellent standards ofintegrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times,challenging those whose behaviours are not reflective of Concentrixculture and values
    • Maintain strongrelationships with PSBPs and PS COEs within your realm ofresponsibility
    • Facilitate timely and effectiveresolution of the concern or query in collaboration with other SMEsas necessary and stay connected with the escalation untilresolution has been confirmed.
    • Facilitate thecreation of a case if the employee has not already done so, whereappropriate
    • Identify policy and training gapsin the business from queries received and recognize opportunitiesfor innovation within the PSC and beyond, focusing on continuousimprovement solutions.
    • Understand the weeklyand monthly PSC reports
