- Support in EB Operations/Administration
- Process on day-to-day endorsement requests.
- Onboarding policies in insurer portal and activation of cards.
- Invoice Booking.
- Follow up on invoice with insurer
- Perform account Reconciliation.
- Payment follows up on endorsements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for both client & internal communication.
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Exposure to Insurance Portals and Invoicing Software.
- Knowledge of DHA and HAAD guidelines.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets and deadlines of client.
- Degree or with professional qualification is preferred.
