    As a Senior Product Managerwithin our Careem Pay team you will be leading and owning productsand services that enable paying experience for customers in adelightful and compliant fashion across the Middle East and NorthAfrica. The role is based in our Dubai office.

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who willbe responsible for product strategy and execution as well ascollaborating with crossfunctional teams to design build and launchfeatures that provide a seamless and secure experience for ourusers.

    • Youll genuinely grasp theneeds of our customers and recognize the significance our productholds in their daily lives.
    • Youll guide yourteam to focus on build and ship the features that make the CareemPay the best fintech in the region
    • Establishingconfidence in key growth areas and questioning them to discoverswifter or more efficient methods to expand themarket.
    • Develop and communicate the productvision and roadmap for the product aligned with the companysoverall business goals.
    • Facilitating seamlessteam execution by diving into the specifics and collaboratingclosely with engineers identifying potential issues early on andtaking proactive measures to address or escalatethem.
    • Conduct user research and market analysisto identify customer needs and market trends and use thatinformation to inform productdecisions.

    What youllneed

    • Bachelors degree in arelevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business Administration or arelated discipline).
    • 5 years of experience inproduct management specifically focused on payment checkout andpayment processing.
    • Proven experience workingwith payment remittance or similarproduct.
    • Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data and make datadrivendecisions.
    • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work effectively withcrossfunctional teams.
    • A passion for creatingexceptional user experiences and a customercentricmindset.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment and handle multiplepriorities.
