    What are we looking for English& Arabic speaker Solid Sales Experience in handlinggovernment accounts in a luxury property with in UAE Experience inhandling government accounts in Abu Dhabi Emirate will beconsidered as an added advantage Strong OPMS knowledge Ability tonetwork building strong & meaningful business relationships

    What will you do Personally handle governmentaccounts and Establish & maintain files of hit listsaccounts and Ensure ShangriLa account management is strictlyadhered to Conduct and organize site inspection entertainments inorder to create awareness of our products for the clients Closelymonitor accounts revenue and business production of own portfolioto maximize up selling opportunities Executes Sales &Marketing action plans to promote hotel s promotions facilities andactivities (blitzs telesales face to face sales call etc )Responsible for Determining and qualifying all sales personnel sindividual revenue goals and targets as outlined within the hotelKPI structure Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way toprotect guests and colleagues health and safety as well as protectand conserve the environment Keeps abreast of current &future competitors products pricing & sales programsDevelop & Execute effective Business Development StrategiesBe familiar with and use the sales software solutions Other dutiesrelating to the BDM function ShangriLa Hotel Qaryat Al Beri AbuDhabi The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6fourbedroom villas with private pools all furnished to the higheststandards in a modern Arabic style To meet the needs of longstayingguests the hotel offers 161 fullyfurnished spacious servicedapartments ranging from studios to fourbedroom units The hotel islocated within the acclaimed Qaryat Al Beri complex on aonekilometre stretch of private beach overlooking the strait thatseparates Abu Dhabi Island from the mainland The hotel isconveniently located next to a souk offering a variety of shopsunder one roof It is only a tenminute drive from the city sinternational airport five minutes from the golf course and theConvention Centre and 15 minutes from the Corniche and the citycentre
