    SalesExcellence

    • Collaborates with partners andresources and leverages customer insights or industry knowledge.Contributes to exploring business and emerging opportunities tooptimize the portfolio and support customerinnovation.
    • Reviews feedback report and coachesothers on ensuring customer/partner satisfaction and decreasingdissatisfaction by establishing recovery action plans to improveclients' overall experience. Manages and/or orchestratessales and delivery success through the account team and pursuitteam.
    • Delivers Results Through Teamwork- Drivesthe execution of projects, partners and collaborates with otherteams on related deliverables, and leverages others in relevantwork streams.
    • Engages with internal andexternal stakeholders on business planning. Establishes recoveryaction plans to improve clients' overall experience,orchestrates sales and delivery success through the account andpursuit teams, and drives intentional selling aligned withstrategic priorities

    Qualifications

    Required/MinimumQualifications

    • 5+ yearstechnology-related sales or account managementexperience
      • OR Bachelor's Degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration,or related field AND 4+ years technology-related sales or accountmanagementexperience.

    AdditionalOr Preferred Qualifications

    • 9+ years technology-related sales oraccount management experience
      • ORBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or relatedfield AND 8+ years technology-related sales or account managementexperience
      • OR Master's Degree inBusiness Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, orrelated field AND 5+ years technology-related sales or accountmanagement experience.
    • 6+years solution or services sales experience.
    • 6+years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internaland/or external).
    • 6+ years experience leadingtechnical projects.
    • Technical Certification inCloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google,certifications).
    • Data & AI Platform.Understanding of Microsoft Azure Data & AI products. Theposition requires the ability to articulate and demonstrate thebusiness value of Microsoft's solutions and have a firmunderstanding of Microsoft's strategies and productsrelative to major Microsoftcompetitors.
    • Expertise in two or more dataestate workloads like Microsoft's Data & AIPlatform (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, CosmosDB,Azure SQL, HDInsight, etc.), AWS (Redshift, Aurora, Glue), Google(BigQuery), MongoDB, Cassandra, Snowflake, Teradata, OracleExadata, IBM Netezza, SAP (HANA, BW), Apache Hadoop &Spark, MapR, Cloudera/Hortonworks,etc.
    • Certifications with Azure Data Engineer,Azure AI Engineer or equivalent industrycertifications.
