    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Convert provided leads into sales through effective communication, negotiation, and sales techniques.

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

    Conduct comprehensive product and service presentations to demonstrate value and meet clients' requirements.

    Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a clear incentive of earning 2,400 AED in commission for every 3 sales.

    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, addressing clients' concerns and providing post-sale support when necessary.

    Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

    Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, transactions, and feedback, utilizing CRM tools.

    Represent the company professionally in all interactions, upholding the company's reputation and values.

    Qualifications:

    Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

    Strong ability to close sales and generate revenue, with excellent negotiation skills.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining fruitful client relationships.

    Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals and contributing to company success.

    Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Ability to understand and communicate complex product information clearly.

    High level of professionalism and work ethic.

    Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and industry changes.
