    Position: Business Development Representative (Commission-Based)

    Location:Dubai, UAE - Hybrid

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Present our services persuasively and effectively to secure partnerships.
    • Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement business development initiatives.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by fostering a robust client base.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in recruitment or a related industry.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • A passion for building relationships and a drive to succeed.
