    Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry of Media & Communication
    • Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing or meeting in person
    • Working with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of clients
    • Keeping on top of administrative tasks – such as updating CRM (customer relationship management) systems
    • Holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
    • Communicating with and informing existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship.
    • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
    • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
    • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Experience with lead generation and prospect management in to field of Media & Advertising
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
    • Persuasive and goal-oriented
    • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
    • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
    • High school degree or equivalent knowledge of Media, Journalism, PR, Advertising, Events etc.
    • 2-4 years of cold calling experience; inhouse sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to closure
    • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
    • Demonstrated and proven sales results into field of Advertising & Media
    • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
