    Description
    • Direct the design, planning,upgrade and maintenance of an organization's facilities andproperties.
    • Be responsible for developingbudgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth andfuture needs.
    • Oversee the functioning of allbuilding systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/lifesafety, plumbing, ELV and CCTV. Additionally, oversee the cleaning,landscape, waste management and statutory compliancerequirements.
    • Oversees all contractors involvedin the delivery of Facilities Services including contractadministration and management.
    • Establish thetools and systems necessary to manage effectively and proactively,control and report on all third parties delivering services throughthe General Services Department.
    • Ensure allfacilities operations comply with all local zoning laws andregulations.
    • Plan, monitor and manage internalGeneral Services' projects from initiation throughcompletion. Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing,staffing, supply and contract management, progress reporting, andtroubleshooting and people management. Ensure project results meetstakeholder requirements regarding technical quality, reliability,schedule, and cost.
    • Ensures control over cost,schedule, changes, and appropriate risk management by reporting anddiscussing directly with the Director of General Services andinterfacing with the other projectfunctions.
    • Lead strategic and quantitativeassessment and recommendations of actions to be taken within thedepartment through a deep data driven analysis on the impacts thata decision may have on the operations, costs, and guestsatisfaction.
    • As a participant of the GeneralServices management team, the Facilities Director shall be involvedin key departmental decisions. Responsible to deliver and evaluatethe options and propose best alternative for those key topics thatare subject for approval from the Director of Rides Maintenance& Facilities Management.
    • Design,prepares, forecasts, estimates, and monitors the organizationalstructure for the Soft Services and Hard Services departmentsconsidering forthcoming growth expected in the number of facilitiesmanaged.
    • Team management of internal &external personnel within the General ServicesDepartment.
    • For each Park or attraction,Define, implement, and resource the appropriate organizationstructure to ensure outstanding service levels considering costefficiency.
