    Job Title:
    Sales Executive – Perfume Industry



    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the perfume industry.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    This role requires a passion for the perfume industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the perfume industry.
    Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

    Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
    Understand customer preferences and tailor product recommendations accordingly.

    Sales and Targets:
    Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our perfume products.
    Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
    Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key stakeholders.

    Collaboration:
    Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and product promotion.
    Work closely with distributors and retailers to maximize product visibility and availability.

    Reporting and Analysis:
    Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.
    Utilize data and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the perfume or beauty industry.
    Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
    Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    Passion for and knowledge of the perfume industry.
