- As a business segment leader youwill lead a team of account management and sales professionalsfocused on retaining and growing the segment. You will lead thesales team with solid focus on understanding and addressingcustomer needs and strategically positioning our products andservices for maximum impact.
- You will shape andimplement a comprehensive sales strategy, focused on strategicaccount planning, drive substantial revenue growth and customerloyalty as well as align cross-functional efforts to driveexecution for your customers/segment.
- Yourresponsibility includes building robust, long-term relationshipswith key clients acting as their strategic and trusted consultantexternally and ensuring cross-functional alignment inside theorganisation to accomplish that.
- You will be 1of 5 key stakeholders in the organisation driving growth in thelargest region for the company.
- Develop and execute a growth andretention strategy for the account segment in alignment with thecountry and business priorities, taking into account segmentspecific needs
- Develop and implement astrategic account planning framework - specific to the segment– to drive share of wallet and product adoption, ensuringalignment with overall business objectives
- Leadcross functional efforts across sales, marketing, businessanalytics, pricing, product development and other functions to meetcustomer needs and to grow the businesssegment
- Drive and coach a consultative salesapproach, focusing on understanding customer needs and deliveringtailored solutions that drive value and customersuccess
- Lead the team in sales methodologiesand practices, ensuring a focus on strategic account management andexecution excellence
- Foster a culture ofcontinuous learning and development
- Oversee aclimate of operational excellence and refine forecasting processesto enhance accuracy and predictability in revenue, ensuringtop-down and bottom-up adoption
- Cultivatestrong inter-departmental collaboration and processes to ensureseamless customer experiences and efficient fulfilment of clientrequests
- Act as the senior escalation point forcustomer account management, ensuring timely and effectiveresolution of issues
