- Provide high-level administrativesupport to the company's executives, including the CEO andsenior management.
- Manage and coordinateexecutive calendars, meetings, andappointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence,reports, presentations, and otherdocuments.
- Assist in project management,including organizing, prioritizing, and tracking tasks anddeadlines.
- Handle confidential and sensitiveinformation with discretion andprofessionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between theexecutive team and internal and externalstakeholders.
- Oversee and maintain the generaloffice operations, ensuring it runs smoothly andefficiently.
- Manage office supplies, inventory,and order new supplies as needed.
- Handleincoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, and respond ordirect inquiries appropriately.
- Welcome andassist visitors and clients with a friendly and professionaldemeanor.
- Assist in organizing and coordinatingoffice events, meetings, and trainingsessions.
- Help with travel arrangements,accommodations, and itineraries for staff whennecessary.
- Support HR functions such asonboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, andassisting with HR-related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree orequivalent in business administration, management, or a relatedfield (preferred).
- Proven experience as anexecutive assistant or office assistant in a professionalsetting.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational andtime-management abilities.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitiveinformation with the utmost confidentiality anddiscretion.
