    Job Description The Customer Relationship Manager in the Automobile sector is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and facilitating customer retention.

    They serve as a bridge between customers and the dealership, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a smooth ownership experience.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers throughout their ownership journey.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
    • Monitor and measure customer satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and post-sales follow-up.
    • Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve customer concerns and issues related to vehicle maintenance, service, or purchases.
    • Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
    • Coordinate and facilitate the smooth delivery of vehicles to customers.
    • Provide orientation and guidance on vehicle features and maintenance schedules.
    • Educate customers on vehicle features, technology, and best practices for maintenance.
    • Offer guidance on warranty coverage and service contracts.
    • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to promote repeat business.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services and accessories.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and history in the dealership's CRM system.
    • Use customer data to personalize interactions and communications.
    • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance customer loyalty.
    • Organize and promote customer appreciation events, loyalty programs, and exclusive offers to enhance customer engagement. Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automobile industry.
    • Strong understanding of automobile features, technology, and maintenance.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to empathize with customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
    • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
