    RoleSummary:
    The Service Operations Manager managesthe teams responsible for the Service Repairs and Modernizations.S/He will coordinate all aspects of service operations for supportteams to ensure their best performance while also providing anexcellent service to satisfy customersexpectations.

    Position Location:Dubai UAE

    Main Duties andResponsibilities:
    • SuperviseService Field Managers Engineers Coordinators Call Center andemployees by providing direction and training and communicatingcompany policies procedures andobjectives.
    • Visit job sites and performsquality audits to ensure that route work is being completedefficiently.
    • Identify issues that couldpotentially affect the overall reliability of theequipment.
    • Provide feedback and recommendationsfor the improvement of futureinstallations.
    • Use accounting reports to reviewroute management and callbacks and make the necessary changes toimproved profitability.
    • Study the faulty unitsand put the appropriate action plans to reduce callbacks.
    • Maintain the repair backlog healthy bycompleting the repairs and producing enoughopportunities.
    • Provide technical input to salesstaff on the scope of work and materials needed to bid repairwork.
    • Work with branch manager and servicesales managers to address customersneeds.
    • Administer parts program for contractservice and repair to meet budget expectations and customersatisfaction.
    • Inspect New installation projectswith regards to final hand over protocol and takeover of newunits.
    • Comply with the Companys HSE policies& procedures.
    • Prepare various reportsrequested by high management.
    • Study Manpowerrequirement of the branches and make the required transfers asneeded.
    • Lead the environmental health andsafety program in service field team and ensure all employees getadequate safety trainings.
    • Develop talentwithin the team by providing guidance ongoing feedback coaching anddevelopment opportunities to individuals to enable achievement ofthe defined goals.
    • Adhere to all safety andcompliance rules of the company and perform safetyaudits.
    Education andExperience:
    • Bachelors Degreein Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or any relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 5 years in the elevatorindustry.
    • Previous experience in field serviceoperations is required.
    • Operationsmanagement/supervisory experience is a must.

    • Deepmechanical/electrical reasoning & comprehensionskills.
    • Strong knowledge of Elevatorengineering/technical aspects project management repairstroubleshooting and modernizationprocesses.
    • Excellent customer service operationmanagement customer complaint resolution & conflictresolution skills.
    • Strong Leadership skillsPeople Management Coaching and Mentoringskills.
    • Selfmotivated capable of managing manykey projects simultaneously.
    • Business acumenand a passion for customer service.
    • Goodunderstanding of EN and other relevant industrystandards.
    • Excellent customer service operationmanagement customer complaint resolution & conflictresolution skills.
    • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills in English.
    • Good MS Officecomputer skills.
