    Description

    Client

    • Lead and inspire your team onexecuting a superior client experience, ensuring the hospitalitymindset is in each Client Advisor.
    • Develop aclient engagement mindset, with the purpose of building longlasting relationships with clientele.
    • Fullutilization of the various clienteling tools to activate, retainand grow team and personal client base.
    • Leadthe execution of clienteling activities with your team, developingactions to reach clear goals and KPIs
    • MonitorClient Advisor's performance and work with them on adaily/weekly/monthly plan to ensure Clientelingexcellence
    • Lead from the shop floor, activelyselling and role modelling the sellingceremony.
    • Manage the customer flow on the shopfloor ensuring no client is left unattended and exceptional serviceis delivered.
    • Manage and resolve customerissues, delighting and retaining the clientrelationship.

    Product

    • Monitor the performance of theassigned categories and proactively propose action plans to reachthe targets.
    • Partner with the Store Manager andthe Merchandising team, by providing effective feedback onproducts, stock situation and specific category requests in orderto grow the business.
    • Partner with the StoreManager and VM team to provide insights to maximize the categorypotential while ensuring the image and merchandising guidelines ofthe store are maintained.
    • Partner with theStore Manager and the Training team to ensure Client Advisorsdevelop full product knowledge through specific training, whileensuring they are aware of market trends andcompetitors.
    • Utilize digital platforms tosupport store and online productsales.

    KeyRequirements

    • Previous retail managementexperience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Advanced English(mandatory)
    • An affinity to luxury fashion,styling and trends
    • A strong understanding ofcommercial targets and KPIs
    • Luxury retailexperience is advantageous
