- Lead multiple teams, including Business Development, Account Management, and Partner Success, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and high-value partners/clients, including government entities and financial institutions.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with our products.
- Work closely with internal teams like Product, Engineering, Marketing etc. to ensure cohesive strategy execution and Product alignment with market needs.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, expanding the company's reach and diversifying its portfolio of clients and Strategic Partnerships.
- Developing Business Development and Partner Success strategies focused on driving adoption of our existing Products and identifying opportunities to validate new products and use cases.
- Drive significant revenue growth and ensure the business achieves its targets.
- Reporting sales and support activity whilst ensuring the maintenance of accurate records of all Business Development and Partner Success activities to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of clients and partnerships.
- Develop and implement programs to optimize client performance and track growth metrics.
- A seasoned business leader with 8+ years of experience driving revenue and building high-performing teams in a tech environment.
- Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with Product and Tech teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Startup or scale up experience required.
- GCC experience required.
