    Description
    • Personally build clear and openlines of communication with alldepartments
    • Understand Maldives business trendin terms of targeting right market. Also be aware of the politicalup lift of the country.
    • Be actively involved inmaintaining all Kerzner Internationalprograms.
    • Build a team with different opinions,skills, experiences, and backgrounds; leverage personal, cultural,and functional differences to optimize team performance. Manage theTeam with positivity and ensure great teamwork and a happy and funenvironment for the team with regularcoaching.
    • Develop strong strategic relationshipwith the GM and ensure regular communication on plans and actionsbeing driven from RSO across the salesteam.
    • Drive activity in Male with ourcontracted DMC's and arrange regular visits andentertainment
    • Actively involved and work withFinance department in tour operatorcontracting.
    • Organize tour operator visit toOne&Only Reethi Rah to showcase the resort on regularinterval.
    • Create an environment that trains,develops, coaches and mentor'scolleagues.
    • Be innovative with everything youdo.
    • Actively participate in salespresentations, property tours and customermeetings.
    • Drive GSQ action plan follow up on amonthly basis with direct reports.
    • Respond toall internal email from various function i.e. reservation, rooms,F&B
    • Involve in finalization of any bigevent query i.e. wedding, birthday party, gala dinneretc.
    • Work closely with reservation team to givesupport from Sales point of view
    • Undertakeadditional duties as requested by the superior and substantialadmin work related to contracting and email/phone communicationwith RSO's, contracted accounts and Reservations which isinextricably linked.

    Skills,Experience & Educational Requirements

    • Ability tolead, motivate and develop team members.
    • Beinnovative, financially savvy, provide instinctive service and beinspirational.
    • Must be able to speak, read,write and understand the primary language(s) used in theworkplace.
    • 2 years degree in ManagementField
    • 3 years of similar roleexperience.
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
