    Description

    Closely coordinate with payers, providers andmembers by providing quality actions and resolutions to theirconcerns and queries.

    Proactively handlecomplaints at the earliest.

    Answer inboundemails as well as assist customers who have specificinquiries.

    Build customer's interestin the services and products offered by thecompany.

    Provide personalized customer serviceof the highest level.

    Update the existingdatabase with changes and the status of each existing / prospectivecustomer / member.

    Document details of allconversation and actions taken.

    Correspondwith Care Centre Management and keep an open channel ofcommunication.

    Maintain records and close-loopeach call by completing the clerical duties, which includes faxing,filling up paperwork, doing checks on credit references, as well asliaising with other departments.

    Analyze thevarious parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutionswithin the permitted scope ofwork.

    • Ability to work independently andmaintain focus under pressure.
